Bank of America alleges credit customer owes more than $3,600

GRETNA – Bank of America is suing a credit customer, alleging she owes more than $3,600.

Bank of America NA filed a lawsuit Dec. 16 against Anita Kivel of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open credit account.

According to the claim, Bank of America issued a credit account to Kivel that was abused and never paid back in full. The suit states Kivel owes $3,634.35

Bank of America seeks the money owed, plus costs of court. It is represented by attorney Jeremy L. Nusloch of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767502.
