Bank of America alleges credit customer owes more than $6,000

GRETNA – Bank of America is suing a Jefferson Parish credit customer, alleging she owes more than $6,000.

Bank of America filed a suit Dec. 16 against Nancy U. Decorte in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account. 

According to the claim, Bank of America issued a credit account to Decorte. The suit states she owes $6,666.81.

Bank of America seeks all money owed, plus costs of suit. It is represented by attorney Jeremy L. Nusloch of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

  

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767520.
