Capital One alleges credit card customer owes more than $3,000

GRETNA – Capital One is suing a Metairie credit customer, alleging he owes more than $3,000.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Ryan Exsterstein in the 24th Judicial District Court Dec. 20, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, Capital One issued a credit card to Exterstein and he has failed to pay off the balance of $3,064.25 

Capital One Bank seeks all money owed, attorney fees and equitable relief. It is is represented by attorney Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767605.
