NEW ORLEANS – A Jefferson Parish woman alleges that she is owed funds from a consent judgment.
Donna Hermann filed a suit Sept. 30 against Malcolm Wetherill McCall Jr. and Mary Ann Pflug McCall in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging failure to pay in a timely fashion.
According to the claim, the plaintiff has been wronged through the failure of the defendants to pay the reaming $18,200 of a consent judgment.
Hermann seeks the owed money and court costs. She is represented by attorney Darryl T. Landwehr.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern A. Reese.
