NEW ORLEANS – A bank through an assignee is is seeking damages for unpaid fees of more than $1,400.
Sol LLC, as assignee of Citibank South Dakota, filed a suit Sept. 22 against Katherine Frank in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging failure to pay.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of $1,454.31.
The plaintiff seeks the $1,454.31, plus court costs. It is represented by attorney Pamela V. Hansen.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Piper D. Griffin.
