NEW ORLEANS – A local university is seeking more than $3,000 from a delinquent payer.
The University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors through the University of New Orleans filed a suit Dec. 5 against Jason P. Cacibauda in Orleans Parish Civil District Court.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is owed $3,260 that has not been paid in a timely manner by the defendant.
The plaintiff seeks the overdue amount plus court costs. It is represented by attorney Scott L. Smith Jr.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette R. Irons.
