Capital One alleges credit card customer owes $2,700

GRETNA – Capital One is suing a credit card customer, alleging she owes $2,700.

Capital One Bank (USA) NA filed a suit Dec. 22 against Donna Moore in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, Capital One issued a credit card to Moore who has used the card to make $2,700.79 in charges without paying off the balance.

Capital One Bank seeks the $2,700.79 balance, plus interest in damages as well as attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767552.
