Capital One alleges credit card customer owes more than $3,000

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is suing a credit customer, alleging he owes more than $3,000.

Capital One Bank (USA) NA filed a lawsuit against James R. Dial in the 24th Judicial District Court Dec. 16, alleging he abused a credit card.

According to the claim, Capital One issued a credit card to Dial who used the card for $3,012.57 in charges but never paid off the balance of the card.

Capital One Bank is seeking $3,012.57, plus interest and court costs. It is represented by attorney Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans. 

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767538.
