Capital One says credit card customer owes nearly $3,000

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is suing a customer, alleging failure to pay off a credit card balance.

Capital One Bank (USA) NA filed a lawsuit Dec. 16 against Diana B. Mosquera in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the complaint, Capital One issued a credit card to Mosquera who used the card to make $2,923.82 in purchases and charges but never paid off the balance.

Capital One Bank seeks the $2,923.82, plus interest, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767528.
