Capital One Bank alleges credit card customer has not paid more than $1,500

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is suing a credit card customer, alleging failure to pay off more than $1,500.

Capital One Bank (USA) NA filed a lawsuit Dec. 20 against Enrique A. Killingbeck in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging money owed for credit card expenses.

According to the complaint, Capital One issued a credit card to Killingbeck who used it to make $1,512.45 in charges. The suit says the the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of the card.

Capital One Bank seeks $1,512.45, plus interest in damages and court costs. It is represented by attorney Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767527.
