Capital One Bank seeks $4,000 for alleged credit card debt

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is suing a credit card customer, alleging he owes more than $4,000.

Capital One Bank (USA) NA filed a lawsuit Dec. 14 against Richard A. Raver in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open credit card account. 

According to the claim, Capital One issued a credit card to Raver who has failed to pay off the card balance of $4,046.08.

Capital One Bank seeks the $4,046.08 in charges plus interest, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767403.
