GRETNA – A financial company alleges a consumer loan customer owes more than $2,000.
Cach LLC filed a suit against Leslie Boyer Jan. 4 in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay what is owed.
According to the claim, Boyer was issued a consumer loan by WebBank and became indebted to the plaintiff for $2,607.90.
Cach LLC seeks the $2,607.90 owed plus interest, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Blake Oakes of Federated Law Group PLLC in Juno Beach, Florida.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
