NEW ORLEANS – Wells Fargo Bank is suing two Orleans Parish customers, alleging they owe more than $250,000.
Wells Fargo Bank NA filed a lawsuit Dec. 13 against Brian J. Combe, also known as Brian Combe, and Crescent Sombers Combe, also known as Crescent S. Combe, also known as Crescent Combe, in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging failure to pay off a mortgage in the time agreed upon.
According to the complaint, Well Fargo is the holder of a promissory note with the principal amount of $287,499. Despite demand from the plaintiff and the contract agreements, the suit says the defendants are still indebted to the plaintiff for $254,503.30, plus interest.
Wells Fargo Bank seeks the owed payment, all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. It is represented by attorney Corey J. Giroir of The Law Offices of Herschel C. Adcock Jr. in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
