First NBC Bank alleges customer owes more than $230,000

NEW ORLEANS – A bank alleges a loan customer owes more than $230,000.  

First NBC Bank filed a lawsuit Dec. 5 against Ginette E. Bone in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging, failure to pay off a loan in a timely manner.

According to the complaint, First NBC Bank is the holder of a promissory note for the original sum of $262,500. The suit states Bone agreed to pay a monthly installment until the balance was paid off. However, the lawsuit says, the defendant is still indebted to the plaintiff for $237,505.93, plus late charges and interest.

First NBC Bank seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. It is represented by Gregory J. St. Angelo, Bradley J. St. Angelo and Jeffrey K. Clement Jr., attorneys for First NBC Bank in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
