Materials provider alleges construction company owes $11,000

GRETNA – A materials provider is suing a construction company, alleging the defendant owes more than $11,000 for unpaid services and supplies.

Quality Sitework Materials Inc. filed a lawsuit Jan. 10 against Lopez Mechanical Construction Company Inc. in 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay.

According to the claim, Quality Sitework provided services and materials to Lopez Mechanical for a construction project. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff what it is owed, $11,249.44 plus interest.

Quality Sitework Materials seeks the missing funds plus interest, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Nicholas J. Zeringue of the Zeringue Law Group in Thibodaux.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 768013.
