Condo group alleges property owner owes more than $5,000

GRETNA – A condominium association is suing a property owner, alleging she owes more than $5,000.

Stonebridge Villas, A Private Community Inc. of Orleans Parish filed a suit Jan. 16 against Wendy L. Chisholm in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay fees.

According to the claim, Stonebridge Villas is the creditor of Chisholm, who was the owner of the property at 97 Lake Lynn Drive, Harvey. The suit says she was required to make regular payments to the condo association but failed to do so. The defendant is currently indebted to the plaintiff for $5,410.27, the suit states.

Stonebridge Villas seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorneys Eric J. Derbes and Bryan J. O'Neill of Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 768184.
