Capital One alleges credit card customer owes more than $1,000

GRETNA – Capital One is suing a credit card customer, alleging he owes more than $1,000.

Capital One Bank (USA) NA filed a suit Jan. 23 against Fabian Castro of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging open account.

According to the claim, Castro was issued a credit card by Capital One. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff what is owed from the balance of the card, a total of $1,227.89.

Capital One seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 768427.
