NEW ORLEANS – A legal center is suing three parties, alleging a contract was breached.
Exnicios Legal Center, through Hugh D. Exnicios, filed a lawsuit Jan. 20 against James Wright, Resource Bank and Dr. Jason Kennedy in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the defendants failed to comply with the payment order on a check issued by State Farm through failing to pay all parties identified on the check, with one of those parties being the plaintiff. Exnicios Legal Center alleges it should have been paid $2,540.
Exnicios Legal Center seeks all sums owed, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Hugh B. Exnicios of Folsom.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Paula A. Brown.
