Capital One claims customer failed to pay off credit card

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking over $3,000 in damages for an open account.

Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit on Jan. 25 against Sun W. Cho in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging the account holder has an outstanding balance.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay off the balance of the card and still owes $3,367.89.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
