GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking nearly $2,000 from a Lafitte man.
Discover Bank filed a suit Feb. 1 against Troy L. McClure in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging he has open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a Discover Card to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay the balance of the card which was $1,862.93.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Everette C. Altdoerffer and Peter S. Thriffiley of Peter S. Thriffiley, a Professional Law Corporation in Edmond, Oklahoma.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
