NEW ORLEANS – A St. Tammany attorney is suing woman for sums due.
P. David Carollo filed a lawsuit Jan. 9 against Heather Fleming in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging she owes money.
According to the complaint, the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff for an unspecified amount of money.
Carollo seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. He is representing himself.
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Clare Jupiter.
