NEW ORLEANS – Citibank is suing a credit customer, alleging he owes nearly $7,000.
Citibank NA filed a lawsuit Feb. 6 against Lashawn Steptore in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the complaint, Citibank seeks damages for a credit account that was issued to Steptore who owes a balance of $6,967.30.
Citibank seeks all money owed, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. It is represented by Zarzaur & Schwartz PC in Birmingham, Alabama.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel S. Julien.
