Business lender claims limo service owes $40,000

GRETNA – A business funding company is seeking damages against a limousine service in Marraro, claiming that the firm is owed more than $40,000.

Accord Business Funding LLC filed a suit March 10 against AAA Louisiana Limo, X-Investments & Royal Dealerships Inc., and Sean Lewis, in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff has obtained judgment against the defendants, who are indebted for the amount of $42,985.80. No payments have been made by the defendants.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Stanely Kottemann of Kottemann Law Firm in Kenner.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald Rowan Jr.
