Warehouse company alleges cabinet business failed to pay rent

NEW ORLEANS – A warehouse company is suing a tenant, alleging failure to pay rent.

Hayden Warehouses LLC filed a lawsuit March 14 against Todd Spriggins, individually, and doing business as Crescent City Custom Cabinets, and doing business as Crescent City Custom Cabinets LLP, Crescent City Custom Cabinets, a Louisiana partnership, also known as Crescent City Custom Cabinets LLP, in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging failure to pay rent.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff and defendant entered into an agreement for the rental of a property at 7366 C. Townsend Place, New Orleans. The suit states Crescent City Custom Cabinets has failed to pay the rent for February 2017 and has failed to respond to the plaintiff's attempts at collection.

Hayden Warehouses seeks all sums owed, damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. It is represented by attorneys Albert J. Derbes IV and Bryan J. O'Neill of The Derbes Law Firm LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Clare Jupiter.
