Jefferson Parish resident failed to pay more than $4,000 on Sam's Club account, suit claims

GRETNA – A company is seeking damages for more than $4,000 on a Sam's Club account.

Cavalry SPV LLC, as assignee of Synchrony Bank/Sam's Club, filed a suit March 29 against Jamie White of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff allowed the defendant to attain a revolving charge account with Sam's Club, but the defendant has failed to honor the terms of the agreement by failing to pay the balance required. The defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $4,803.45 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of owing sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Alexander D. Bukaty of Edward F. Bukaty III, A Professional Law Corporation in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 770475.
