Bank of America says Metairie resident didn't make payments on $20,000 account balance

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking damages, claiming that it was never paid.

Bank of America N.A. filed a suit March 28 against Carole S. Aubert of Metairie in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit account to the defendant which was not paid off. The defendant still owes the balance of $21,803.22.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeremy L. Nusloch of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 770256.
