Bank of America alleges Jefferson Parish man owes over $25,000

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking damages for an open account.

Bank of America N.A. filed a suit March 28 against Jason Neal Giesey of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit account to the defendant, which was used to make $25,142.94 in charges. No payment has been made on the account.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeremy L. Nusloch of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 770200.
