GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages for an open account.
Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit against Angela Wise in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued the defendant a credit card which was used to make $3,934.18 in charges. The defendant has failed to make payments on the credit card debt.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
