GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking over $3,000.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit April 7 against Jean Janvier of Terrytown in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking collection of sums due from an AM Airlines account. The defendant allegedly owes $3,613.58 plus interest and fees.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton and Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
