Bank of America seeking damages on Jefferson Parish resident's open account

GRETNA – Bank of America N.A. is seeking collection of sums due.

Bank of America filed a suit April 11 against Salvador Catalano Jr. of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit account to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant accumulated a balance owing of $6,377.18 and has failed to pay the plaintiff back.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeremy L. Nusloch of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.
