American Express claims Jefferson Parish man defaulted on account

GRETNA – American Express Bank, FSB is seeking damages for an open account.

American Express Bank filed a suit April 13 against Alejandro Darouiche of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued the defendant a credit card. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay the plaintiff what he accumulated of $12, 304.81.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 770921.
