ASI Federal Credit Union claims Marrero man failed to pay balance of promissory note

GRETNA – A credit union is seeking damages for an unpaid promissory note.

ASI Federal Credit Union filed a suit April 13 against Travis V. Sparacello of Marrero in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is the holder of a promissory note for the balance of $12,480.12. The suit states that the defendant was supposed to pay off the amount over 48 monthly payments but failed to keep up with them.

The defendant is accused of failing to pay off the promissory note.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jules A. Fontana III of Fontana & Fontana LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 771007.
