NEW ORLEANS – Capital One National Association is seeking damages for an unpaid line of credit.
Capital One filed a lawsuit against All Star Auto Sales of Louisiana LLC, Wilbert Williams and Alisha Williams in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging unpaid credit.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment on a business a line of credit issued to the defendants. The suit states that the defendants owe $51,801.10.
The defendants are accused of having an unpaid line of credit.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Bradley J. Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel S. Julien.
