Knight Oil Tools LLC alleged to owe more than $85,000 for services agreement

LAFAYETTE – A New Jersey corporation alleges that a Lafayette Parish company has failed to pay for services provided.

Automotive Rentals Inc. filed a complaint on April 6 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, Lafayette Division against Knight Oil Tools LLC alleging breach of fleet management services agreement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 12, 2014, plaintiff entered into a certain fleet management services agreement with defendant to provide certain services, management and maintenance to defendant's vehicles. As of Feb. 7, the plaintiff alleges that the total amount past due is $85,290.01. The plaintiff holds Knight Oil Tools LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed and refused to make payment for the said amount.

The plaintiff seeks payment for all unpaid invoices in the sum amount of $85,290.01, plus interest, fees, expenses, attorneys’ fees and costs and such other just and equitable relief. It is represented by Richard A. Aguilar and Mark J. Chaney III of McGlinchey Stafford PLLC in New Orleans.
