Bank of America says it is owed over $10,000 from an open credit account.

GRETNA — Bank of America is seeking over $10,000 from a consumer on a credit account.

Bank of America N.A. filed a suit May 5 against Alfredo J. Pineda in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging it is owed money on an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued the defendant a credit account. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $10,496.73.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeremy L. Nusloch of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
