Gulf Coast Bank and Trust seeks over $150,000 on mortgage

NEW ORLEANS – A bank is seeking damages for sums due.

Gulf Coast Bank and Trust filed a lawsuit May 9 against Crescent Crown Construction LLC and Jason M. Galatas in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due on a note.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the amount of $150,000, which the defendant failed to pay off.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a mortgage.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Wayne A. Maiorana Jr. of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Clare Jupiter.
