GRETNA – A company is seeking damages for an open account.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit May 17 against Shawn D. Llopis of Terrytown in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account of $1,177.06. The plaintiff has not received any payment from the defendant yet.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
