Martz, Jefferson Parish man accused of failing to pay off promissory note

GRETNA – A company is seeking damages for an open account.

Cach LLC filed a suit May 17 against Martz Inc. and Guillermo Martinez of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay back a promissory note that was issued by On Deck Capital. The defendant is currently indebted to the plaintiff for the amount of $44,049.59.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake E. Oakes of Federated Law Group PLLC in Juno Beach, Florida.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 772201.
