GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking over $2,500 for past-due payments.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit May 17 against Nyanza Cacibauda of Marrero in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment on a Visa account, which has a balance of $2,799.29.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
