GRETNA – A company claims that Marrero resident owes more than $1,000.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit May 17 against Talair Bernard in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an overdrawn bank card. The suit states that the defendant owes the plaintiff $1,114.54.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
