GRETNA – A bank is seeking damages for sums due.
Discover Bank filed a suit May 15 against James R. Payne of Westwego in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued the defendant a Discover card. The defendant is indebted for the balance of $4,775.87
