Infinity Networks Inc. alleges it is owed nearly $300,000

ALEXANDRIA – A Marksville corporation alleges that a Texas corporation failed to pay for services it provided.

Infinity Networks Inc. filed a complaint on May 17 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, Alexandria Division against ILD Telecommunications Inc. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the parties entered into a billing and collections agreement in 2003, which was terminated in 2014. The plaintiff holds ILD Telecommunications Inc. responsible because despite amicable demand, the defendant failed to pay the plaintiff.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant in the amount of $298,600.15, plus attorney's fees, costs and all other relief to which plaintiff is entitled. It is represented by Rodney M. Rabalais of Law Office of Rodney M. Rabalais in Marksville.
