Greater New Orleans Federal Credit Union alleges man has unpaid balance on BMW

GRETNA – A credit union is seeking damages for an unpaid promissory note.

Greater New Orleans Federal Credit Union filed a suit May 26 against Phillip Green Jr. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid balance on a 2002 BMW. The defendant has allegedly failed to pay off the balance of $2,994.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake E. Oakes of The Oakes Law Firm in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 772561.
