Credit union alleges Jefferson Parish residents owe $24,000

GRETNA – A credit union is seeking damages for an overdue note.

Louisiana Central Credit Union filed a suit June 7 against Ashlie Gautro and Sarah Calame of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due on a promissory note.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid promissory note for the balance of $24,137.20.

The defendant is accused of failing to pay off the sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Taetrece Harrison of Harrison Law Group LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 772909.
