Northwestern State alleges Jefferson Parish man failed to pay promissory note

GRETNA – A university is seeking more than $1,800.

University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors through Northwestern State University filed a suit June 13 against Jeremy Guy of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due on a promissory note.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of sums due on a promissory note for the balance of $1,818.61 plus interest for services delivered.

The defendant is accused of sums due.
