Gulf Coast Bank and Trust seeking more than $100,000

GRETNA – A bank is seeking damages for sums due.

Gulf Coast Bank and Trust filed a suit June 20 against Nawlins Kids LLC, Mohammed Hamdeh and Fayiza Ismail in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due on a note.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for a not which the defendant was issued for the amount of $120,000. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums owed, which total $100,470.83 plus interest and attorneys fees.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a note.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Wayne A. Maiorana Jr. of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
