GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking damages from a Jefferson Parish resident for an open account.
Discover Bank filed a suit June 20 against Daniel R. Cardinale in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account on a credit card with the balance of $19,583.08.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
