NEW ORLEANS – A company is seeking over $3,500 from a woman.
Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC filed a lawsuit June 20 against Janice Johnson in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment due for the balance of $3,758.38. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay the balance.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Bradley J. Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern A. Reese.
