Capital One claims Jefferson Parish man owes more than $,1500

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking over $1,500 from a Jefferson Parish resident.

Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit June 27 against David A. Taha in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages on an open account for a credit card with a balance of $1,647.27.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
