GRETNA – A credit union is seeking payment of an open account.
ASI Federal Credit Union filed a suit June 27 against the estate of Curtis J. Boudreaux and the estate of Laura Boudreaux in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an open account that the defendants allegedly failed to pay off. The suit states that the defendants are indebted to the plaintiff for the amount of $4,957.55 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jules A. Fontana III of Fontana & Fontana LLC in New Orleans.
